Refunds and returns available on request for broken or damaged items or any parcel lost. Refunds and returns are not available due to change of mind. Refunds, where agreed (*due to broken or faulty items) due to the fault of Endless Crystals packaging will include cost of shipping and sent to your nominated account. All refund or return requests due to damage by postal service will be investigated with AusPost or your nominated courier prior to refund. Any damage incurred due to yourself will not be refunded or eligible for return.
Return of candles due to miss use causing poor burn will not be accepted. Please ensure to be diligent with candle safety and use. No returns are available due to change of mind on scents.
Endless Crystals will not be held responsible for any damage products may cause or receive from miss use after receipt of them.
In the case of all products there is no identical replacement. Every item is unique and every product replaced by Endless Crystals will vary.
